|
Signature event for first through sixth graders to introduce them to construction; responsible for venue, entertainment, food, judges and fundraising; responsible for recruiting volunteers. |

Responsible for recruiting participants, arranging for judging, awarding prizes and fundraising. |

Career Day |

Company Spotlight |
Responsible for member company education and information, networking and newsletter article. |

Construction Industry & |
Arrange opportunities to participate and sponsor activities that directly benefit the construction industry and to provide positive recognition for construction in the community. |

Dictionaries |
Responsible for inventory of dictionaries and selling and collecting money to turn over to treasurer. |

Golf Outing |
Responsible for scheduling outing, registering golfers, soliciting hole sponsors and door prizes and arranging menu. |

Joint Associations Holiday Social |
Responsible for all arrangements for banquet with other participating construction associations. |
|
Industry Appreciation |
Responsible for all arrangements for banquet, soliciting nominations and judging per established guidelines. |
|
MAGIC Camp |
Responsible for arranging a week-long day camp for 15 girls to learn about all parts of construction. |

Member Spotlight
|
Responsible for introduction of members for networking at meetings and newsletter article. |
|
Membership/Mentoring |
Responsible for organizing membership drive meeting, installing new members and communicating new member information; work with mentoring sub-committee. |

NEF Certifications |
Responsible for keeping the chapter’s inventory of resource materials, communicating testing dates and arranging study groups and proctors. |

Occupational Research / “Heard it on the Street” Armstrong Apprenticeship Opportunity |
Responsible for communicating “help wanted” and “help needed” information. |

Partnering Task Force
|
Responsible for communication and interaction with partnering associations; work with PR/Marketing committee. |

Professional Education |
Work with chapter president to arrange for speakers and locations for regular meetings, sending regional director our chapter update and tracking chapter points. |
