2020-2021 Officer and Board Installation

Main Entree Selections:

• Seared Chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes, asparagus and mushrooms.
• Braised Beef Short Rib with port wine braised with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
• Lake Erie Perch panko crusted, with fries, coleslaw and remoulade.

All entrees are served with chopped salad, freshly baked rolls and butter and chocolate silk pie for dessert.
