CultureShoc will help NAWIC Re-Connect, compete and give back to the local community. Event Speaker Pete Honsberger will lead networking activities, Minute-toWin-It game and table competitions that will have attendees talking, laughing and building genuine connections. Through this interactive experience, teams will earn donation items to be preseneted to a local nonprofit that focuses on childrend in need.

Pete Honsberger – Lead ITS Coach, CultureShoc

Pete specializes in helping teams and individuals develop stronger relationships, exceed their objectives, solve issues and be more accountable. He has worked with industries that range from manufacturing to banking, from construction to software and more. A sampling of clients includes Cleveland Clinic, Wounded Warrior Project, and Key Bank, among many small to midsize organizations.

He has led hundreds of client sessions in nearly a decade with CultureShoc. He holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Management and has a background in athletic coaching. Pete is the author of two books, Wedding Toasts 101, and The Curse of Captain Cole, and he lives in the Cleveland area with his wife and daughter.
