Art of Persuasion 1/2 Day Workshop

This hybrid (some in person and some online) session will be led by Dr. Franklin Lebo and will concentrate on becoming a person of interest in an organization. The topics will focus on both the choice and the courage to lead; leading amidst uncertainty; leading through inclusiveness; levels of influence and finally what it takes to be a sustainable leader. Participants will learn how to build credibility, authenticity and rapport as well as how to be an influencer and change agent within an organization. Participants will also learn how to identify leadership styles and one’s own propensities. Finally, participants will learn about the power of diversity and inclusiveness in team building.
